Shipping & Delivery
Shipping service of your items will be the method chosen during the checkout process. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours and a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email.
Privacy & Security
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. We will also provide the IP address of those who attempt to use fraudulent payment methods to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Our site uses forms for customers to request information and/or place orders for products and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email and shipping address). Contact information from the forms is used to send information about orders from us and for us to send information about our company to our customers. We do not share customer contact information with others. Financial information is not collected on this site. This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our local computers are only accessible by appropriate Willow Lane Antiques personnel and are locked when not in use. Credit card data are not stored on our local machines or our server.
Insurance
In spite of the care we use in packing, damage sometimes occurs in-transit (less than 1 in 1000). Fragile items and all items of $50 value or higher will be insured through USPS or other insurers. It is important that you keep all original packing materials and paperwork in case we need to file a claim for damage. We will work with you in case of damage to lower valued products.
Ordering
All orders may be placed directly on our website. If you have questions pertaining to a potential order prior to purchase you may contact us via our contact form. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have about an item you are wishing to purchase. In the rare occurrence that an item price is misprinted on the site, we are not obligated to sell at the price in error. Once you have placed your order you will receive a unique tracking ID with which to track your order online. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds on items. In the rare instance that an item is damaged in transit we will work with the customer to resolve it.
Viewing Orders
To track an order simply follow the tracking ID that was provided to you in the email you received after the order was placed. You can track your shipment online at your convenience.
Updating Account Information
If you created an account with us please make sure that your information is consistently up to date. We ship to the address in the account so if you move or need to change the address to which the orders are shipped please make sure to update your account information to reflect this appropriately.
